ਹੇ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਮਨ! ਅੰਤਰ ਆਤਮੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇ,ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੁ, ਤਾਂ ਮੁੜ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ (ਦਾ ਗੇੜ) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ॥
